Battery Park City Maintenance Facility

This project consisted of the Interior Fit out of a 40,500sf space which was to become the center of operations for the Battery Park City Maintenance Facility. Brickens were tasked with the General Construction portion of this Wicks Law project. Some of the determining features of this project included; 'superflat concrete', architectural grade finished concrete surfaces, in-slab hydronic piping for heating and cooling, bamboo millwork, cork flooring and the utilization of recycled or high recycled content products. Leed tracking was utilized and this project was awarded a LEED Platinum status.
