Whitehall Ferry Terminal - Manhattan - Construction of Retail Stores

Located in the world famous Staten Island Ferry Terminal, Brickens Construction were contracted by the New York City Economic Development Corporation to Build-Out Retail Stores within the new envelope of the Ferry Terminal. Brickens performed major shoring procedures to the existing structure to make way for the placement of additional structural members.

All of this work was carried out without causing any disruption to the 19 Million passengers that pass through the Terminal annually. Additional scope included Installing Motorized Roll Up Storefront Grilles, Drywall extending 60’ high to the underside of roof decks, office fit-outs and modifications.
