Permanent Super Swing Space Project

This project involved the interior fitout of approximately of approximately 100,000sf of office and print shop storage space in an extremely aggressive 12 week schedule.

Brickens were responsible for the installation of the new interior masonry partitions, firestopping, structural concrete repairs, new reinforced concrete stairs, ramps, house keeping pads and cast in place floor & ceiling slabs. This project also involved the installation of approximately 20,000sf of EP-200 Epoxy Traffic Coat floor finishes throughout the finished space.
